Cambro's 36 qt. Pan Carrier is insulated to maintain correct serving temperatures, it will keep food hot for at least 4 hours. Food will remain hot longer depending on how often the unit is opened, and the temperature of the food when it was placed in the unit. Food temperature drops an average of 4° per hour. Individual track for each food pan. Recessed vent cap releases steam, helps maintain food quality. Textured surface is scratch resistant and easy to clean. Non-electrical, no assembly required. The pan carrier can hold 8 combinations of 6", 4" and 2-1/2" deep food pans.
