These 3 sided spoons are constructed of 20 gauge 18-8 stainless steel with an ergonomic nylon handle. Handle also has a textured surface with a built-in stopper notch to prevent slippage. One-piece construction eliminates crevices which can harbor moisture and bacteria. The spoon's 3 sides have one straight edge for cutting to aid in serving solid, sticky, or cheesy food products.
