Specifically designed for all-purpose frying, this medium duty fryer is ideal for chicken, onion rings, fish, or any fried product. The stainless steel frypot uses an open pot design which provides a large heat transfer area to fry more product per load - no hard-to-clean tubes or radiants to burn out. A millivolt temperature control circuit keeps the oil temperature optimized for frying consistency, load after load. This quick recovery means that it can produce up to 65 lbs of french fries per hour, from frozen to done, again and again! The large cold zone catches crumbs and sediment from the frying area. These particles are trapped in the cold zone where they do not carbonize, contaminate shortening or cling to fried products.
