Ace Mart takes your privacy and security very seriously, and we vigorously protect your personal data in a secure, limited access environment. How do I change my account information? Once accepted, account information can be modified through Commission Junction's interface at www.cj.com How do I create links? Links are readily prepared by Ace Mart's Affiliate Manager. Once you have been accepted, login at www.cj.com. There you can search for Ace Mart links, as well as many others to publish on your site. From then it's simply a matter of clicking on the banner, text, or product links you want. When and how do I get paid? Upon recording the transaction, Commission Junction handles all of the collection and processing required ensuring fair and timely commission payment for the publisher, and all of the administration and verification necessary to ensure quality sales and leads for the advertiser. Payments are made monthly after Commission Junction has received payment and the partner/affiliate has earned at least $25.00 in commissions overall in relation to funds received. This policy allows Commission Junction to pay commissions in a faster and more efficient manner. What commission rate does Ace Mart pay?
Do I earn commission on returned items? No. If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud then your account will be debited for any commission earned for that transaction. Can I use the trademarked Ace Mart name in my advertising initiatives? No. We prohibit the use of our trademarked name, "Ace Mart", a United States Trademark Registration No. 1,932,710, and any variation of the words "Ace Mart". Throughout its history, Ace Mart has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in marketing costs to build our brand name and reputation. A trademarked name is one of the most important assets a business owns, and to legally maintain its protection, a company is required to challenge any potential infringement. A failure to do so weakens a company's position in any future litigation, should it arise. This is a common problem facing internet retailers today, and we are certainly not unique in this request. Our position is that we simply do not wish to compete with publishers/affiliates in the use of our trademarked name in keyword advertising. We sell over 7,000 products, and we ourselves market over 10,000 keywords in online ads - these of course are available to any affiliate who chooses to market them as keywords.
