Constructed of heavy-duty, 16 gauge 18-8 stainless steel, with a permanently bonded, 1/4" thick bottom layer made of aluminum and stainless steel for even heating and exceptional durability. Features heavy-duty, solid loop handles, welded to reinforcing plates and spot welded to the body for added strength. Rounded lip makes pouring easy and adds strength where it counts. Induction ready, this cookware also works with gas, electric, and ceramic cooktops. Oven and dishwasher safe.
