To the managment: I have recently purchased some items through your website. We are a company based in Denmark and with the exchange rate in the dollar so favorable we decided that we would try and place an order knowing that shipping cost and customs would add to our finl price. But as it turns out, we managed to save a lot of money compared to buying similar products here in Denmark. But the reason I am writing you is that I would like to praise one of your employees. Her name is Debee Gulley and she has been absolutely marvelous in assisting me with my order. Because our order was shipped internationally, there were a few glitches regarding payment, Danish customs needing an invoice etc. and every time Debee came through immediately after I enquired via email. Now I don't know if you run any incentive programs like employee of the month etc. But if you do, my vote goes to Debee. Best regards.
